Building on the gains and experiences of the LAMP2 - Innovation Support Fund funded by the Australian Government through the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), the ADB-JFPR Project seeks to expand the delivery of economic and social services in nine (9) participating Local Government Units (LGUs) through improved land administration and management (LAM) and valuation systems. The Philippine Government's executing agency as approved by the ADB-JFPR is the Department of Finance's Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF).

AusAID BRACE Program Preparatory Phase: 
Architectural and Engineering Design

AusAID has engaged the services of Land Equity Technology Services (LETS) in partnership with Consultants for Comprehensive Environmental Planning (CONCEP) for the BRACE Preparatory Program A&E Design to review the conceptual design approaches prepared during the BRACE design phase, recommend Alternative Conceptual Design options and detailed feasibility studies, cost estimates and financing plans for the preferred conceptual designs, carrying out baseline studies determine Best Practice Housing Finance Mode, and evaluate other potential sites for socialized housing. 

 

 

 

 

ADB - Strengthening Capacities for Gender Responsive Land Administration, Land Tenure Improvement and Tax Administration Project

LEI in association with LETS was engaged by ADB to implement an eight-months project to strengthen capacities of national land administration agencies and two pilot local government units in gender responsive land administration and management systems and procedures and to promote equality between women and men in land access and land tenure security in the Philippines.

 

 

 

 

ADB - Developing a Public - Private Earthquake Pool 
in the Philippines

The Project is a Study on property values, prepare algorithm for replacement costs and provide tangible data on the replacement cost of selected cities of Metro Manila Area, and to determine the risk and exposures of earthquake insurance.

 

 

 

 

AusAID School Building Construction Assessment

AusAID contracted Land Equity Technology Services, Inc. (LETS) for the purpose of conducting an Independent Completion Review on School Building Construction Assessment (ICR - 1) of the Department of Education (DepEd). Classrooms in Regions VII and XI were assessed and the need to review the structural soundness of the structures arose due to monitoring and evaluation findings after recent calamities affected the project areas.
